Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DesignOps ("we", "the Service"), operated by a self-employed individual registered under the laws of the Russian Federation.

By installing, accessing, or using the DesignOps Figma plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DesignOps is a Figma plugin that automatically audits design files for quality issues — detached styles, missing tokens, orphan components, broken spacing — and provides tools to fix them.

3. Plans & Pricing

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free — 10 Library Cleanup checks, 10 Design Review checks, 100 Autofix operations. No payment required.
• PRO ($8/month) — Unlimited checks, full functionality (autofix, apply to all), priority support.

Prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

4. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed through the following providers:

• Robokassa — credit/debit card payments
• Plisio — cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, and others)

PRO subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to PRO features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial purchase on a case-by-case basis. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

6. License & Activation

Upon subscribing to PRO, you receive a license key tied to your Figma account. The license is non-transferable and grants a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the PRO features of the Service.

One license key is valid for one Figma account. Using a single license on multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including source code, design, logos, and documentation — are owned by DesignOps. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You retain all rights to your design files. The Service does not claim ownership over any content you create or process using the plugin.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
• Share, distribute, or resell your license key
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or licensing mechanisms
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Data Processing

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and GDPR where applicable.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must cease using the plugin.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of the Service operator.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Delivery of Digital Product

DesignOps is a digital product delivered electronically. Upon subscribing to the PRO plan, you will receive a license key via email within minutes of successful payment.

To activate your license, open the DesignOps plugin in Figma, navigate to Settings, and enter the license key in the "License" field. No physical delivery is involved.
